How to Find Sex Offender Information in Gresham

The Oregon State Police provides public information on all registered sex offenders in the state. Through the OSP's sex offender registry, interested persons may find Gresham sex offenders by conducting a name, address, or map search. Available information includes the offender's full name, date of birth, age, gender, and residential address. The information also includes physical descriptors and a photograph.

Available information includes the inmate's SWIS ID, full name, age, gender, and other physical descriptors. How Do I Visit an Inmate in Multnomah County Jails?

The Multnomah County Sheriff's Office operates two detention facilities, including the Multnomah County Detention Center and the Inverness Jail. Persons interested in visiting either facility must be on the inmate's visitor list. Visitations are approved on a first-come, first-served basis. Visitors are advised to arrive at the facility up to 60 minutes before the preferred visiting session.

Each inmate is allowed two social visits per week with not more than three visitors each time, including children. Visits last a maximum of 30 minutes and are subject to availability of space. After arriving at the facility, each visitor must complete a service request form before approaching the visiting window to sign up. The visitor must present a current and valid government-issued picture identification. Acceptable forms of ID include an Oregon driver's license or state ID card, military ID card, and passport.

A visitor under the age of 18 must be in the company of a parent, legal guardian, or any other approved adult, or present proof of marriage if the minor is the inmate's spouse. The accompanying adult must prove a relationship to the minor by providing a birth certificate, court order proving child custody, adoption papers, or notarized permission from the minor's parent or legal guardian. If the underage visitor is either emancipated or married to the inmate, the Officer in Charge must approve before the visit.

Visitors must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicants. Each visitor must behave in a calm manner that does not threaten the security, safety, or order of the jail. Any unruly visitors may have their visits terminated or barred from future visits.

Are Gresham Court Records Public?

The Multnomah County Circuit Court provides public access to Gresham court records. However, not all records are accessible to the general public. Where and How to Obtain Gresham Divorce Records

The Multnomah County Circuit Court provides access to records of divorces finalized in the county. Gresham divorce decrees are public records accessible to all residents. The Multnomah County Recorder's Office provides access to records of marriages that take place in the county. However, Gresham marriage records are considered private for 50 years from the marriage date. Access is restricted to the following persons:
